IT System Administrator
The Senior IT System Administrator Identity and Integrations will be primarily responsible for the deployment, maintenance and configuration of a broad array of IT identity systems. The main systems include, but are not limited to, Active Directory, Okta, and Office365. This position interfaces directly with internal ServiceDesk and DevOps teams to deploy new systems and as an escalation point to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
The ideal candidate is experienced working in a small and efficient IT team. This position is uniquely suited to highly organized individuals with a wide breadth of IT knowledge and experience and the ability to work with all levels of technical competency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Network Support for Chegg’s office in New Delhi.
Support global IT systems including Windows Servers, AWS infrastructure, email routing, Active Directory, Office 365, and Okta.
Perform monitoring and tuning of systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
Create documentation for system designs, procedures and customer-facing help.
Automate repetitive tasks.
Solve complex issues while serving as escalation point for global helpdesk team.
Mentor junior members of the team.
Participate in IT Systems On-Call rotation for the Eastern Hemisphere.
5+ year experience in a corporate technical environment with IT systems management experience.
Must be able to work varied work hours, “On-Call”, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
