Job Description Huntsman Corporation Job Vacancy for Salesforce Administrator in April 2021:
As Salesforce Administrator, the successful candidate will focus on improving the process and data management of Huntsman’s Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for assisting the legal department’s recurring reports, dashboards, and troubleshooting for end users. We’re looking for a Salesforce certified professional with a strong executive acumen who values productivity and increasing efficiencies.
Triage Salesforce system-related requests and provide broad day-to-day support for end users (e.g., troubleshooting with Huntsman’s IT department, software vendors, and consultants)
Design and configure new contract templates and process workflows
Administer and support the Salesforce platform including user setup and design/configuration of Custom Objects, Profiles and Roles, Workflow/Process Builder, Visual Flows, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts
Coordinate testing and deployment plans for complex change management/rollouts
Track and communicate progress updates to customers, while managing expectations, using email, MS Teams, or Webex
Application of Salesforce best practices
Develop and maintain business process documentation and consider compliance in all business process analysis and redesign activities.
Perform or provide oversight of mass data uploads into Huntsman’s Salesforce platforms.
Research and implement new releases, patches, and system updates, as required.
Use of X-Author for Excel and data import wizard for mass updates
Maintain appropriate level of documentation for environment, tools, configuration, etc.
Development of custom reports and dashboards to help informed decision-making
Deliver on ad hoc contract management requests and special projects
Participate in assessing, refining, and executing on future business requirements
Associates degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred
At least 2-5 years of relevant experience as a CLM systems administrator, preferably in the corporate legal or IT department
2+ years of salesforce.com system account management
Knowledge of Salesforce.com system, application data model, and data management standard methodologies
Knowledge of commercial agreements and legal terms and conditions
Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, manipulating large data sets)
Preferred but Not required: Salesforce Certification
Ability to multitask, identify problems, and provide solutions
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
