Reporting to the HR lead at NOIDA with a dotted line reporting to Manager, HR Operations in the USA, as an HR OPS Specialist you will be part of the HR Global Operations team. you’ll play an essential role in supporting the day to day operations of the global human resources and recruiting functions and provide support on various HR cross-functional projects.
Work heavily in Workday, Monotype’s HRIS System
Process global employee changes (ie: hires, terms, compensation changes and manager changes)
Regularly complete workday audit to ensure data integrity
Create, run and analyse reports for HRBP and Talent Acquisition Team, as and when needed.
Conduct quarter over quarter analysis regarding growth, turnover, pay equity, etc.
Partner with the team to generate compensation & bonus letters, promotion and title change letters as and when needed.
Annual compensation & bonus letter generation.
Manage HR budget which includes – creating the appropriate purchase orders, process invoices, reconcile with the finance team, and track all spend within Global HR team
Leads the creation and distribution of documents, agreements, and letters as requested to ensure HR and related business compliance
Manage administrative responsibilities for HR Shared Services, within the agreed SLAs
Assist in maintenance of HR policies, processes and standard operating procedures
Regional (India Specific)
Coordinate new hire orientation and completion of on boarding paperwork for all new employees at regional level.
Ensure new hires have the appropriate access to our learning and development platforms
Organize and maintain HR employee files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
Coordinate & facilitate for smooth off-boarding formalities
Provide support to the recruitment team which includes; opening requisitions, getting appropriate approvals and posting to appropriate job sites for recruiters to begin recruitment efforts.
Leave & Attendance Management & tracking the leaves in the workday system.
Driving employee annual health insurance renewals & facilitating in settling the claims
Support the local HR team with various projects and functions, including tracking budgets, benefits programs, compliance and reporting, recruiting etc.
Bachelors’ or Master’s degree in HR-related area preferred or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced HR department in an operational or generalist capacity.
Experience in Workday Core HCM will be great to have.
Ability to exercise effective judgment; work with sensitive and confidential information.
Flexible; able to thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to work under pressure with competing demands and stakeholders; prioritize accordingly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders inside and outside of the organization
Collaborative; Works as a member of a strong team that shares responsibilities and coverage

Strong organization and project management skills, attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
