HR Operations Coordinator
Design, implementation and maintenance of human resources administration and activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities and support.
Provide support for recruiting in administration and hiring in system etc.
Ensure seamless support through myHR for both front-end and back-end processes.
Identify areas for process improvements and provide process solutions for nonstandard, sub-process activities.
Provide consultation on Workday recruiting/hiring processes, proposes ad-hoc solutions to HR needs.
Specialize in the support process and engages in the end -to-end support process within a sub-region or function.
Updates employee indicative data (i.e. new hires etc.); extracts reports when requested.
Updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare documents and coordinate correct documents flow within the Team.
Oversee quality management of employee data in the databases; ensures that data is current and complete.
May provide process guidance to lower-level employees.
Be flexible to work in shifts (night shifts too)
Education and Experience Required:
Preferably in HR or any degree equivalent to it
Typically 4-6 years’ experience in a customer service role
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Proficient with country specific languages.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Knowledge of country specific regulations.
Knowledge and experience in specialized area of HR processes and HR systems.
Attention to detail.
Very good time management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries.
Ability to support multiple countries/regions.
Developing leadership skills
