Senior HR Executive
We are looking for an experienced & self-driven SR.HR Executive with overall 5+ yrs of experience and a minimum of 2+ yrs with Manufacturing Industry to join our team and implement various human resources programs. SR.HR Executive should have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. Your role as an SR.HR Executive will be far from one-dimensional. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing training, administering employee benefits and leaves, Helping with Payroll data, and crafting HR policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling the preliminary recruitment process and joining formalities.
Renewal of factory License, Inspector of Factories related Certificates and updating the Registers.
To obtain Pollution control board, Fire License and Health Certificate and other statutory compliance as required.
Benchmark HR practices; develop innovative initiatives and programs to support the creation of a premier employment environment.
Attend interpersonal issues arising at work place & initiating self-discipline activities.
Preparation of the monthly payroll based on the inputs
Handling payroll related query of all employees. Payroll inputs sent along with the salary data.
Motivating the employee day to day basis. Taking initiatives to engage the staff to their work.
Handling employee counselling, grievances & disciplinary issues
All employee queries covering: Joining, Salary, Leave, Attendance, Exit and others
Ensure organizational quality, parameters, standards and ISO/ BTTG/ QMS implantations.
Conduct internal audit for ISO documentations.
Indentify and record employee assessment based on company culture/discipline policy. Recommended to rewarded/punishment.
Indentify and record employee based on performance, recommended to rewarded/punishment.
Regularly monitoring Employee daily work reports.Suggest any changes or improvement on deemed necessary.
To support and Co-ordinate the activities of R&D department and productions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Excellent communication and people skills(Highly desired)
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
Proficient in MS Office
Experience: 3-8 Years
