We’re looking for an Employee Experience Specialist, on the Early Careers team within the Human Resources Division to:
Increase job satisfaction and retention of our full-time associate development program hires
Own the pre-hire communication and the program engagement, ensuring a positive experience in the run up to, and throughout the duration of the development program
Act as the face of Early Careers in designated region. Build relationships with associates to encourage open feedback sharing, provision of coaching and support, and connection with greater IHS Markit
Curate and build a culture within the associate cohort
Develop initiatives and methods to drive, enhance, and measure engagement within the cohort
Develop initiatives and methods to drive, enhance, and measure engagement with the program from broader IHS Markit
Promote Manager engagement and build strong partnerships with Manager population
Manage feedback survey creation and distribution, data analysis and creation/delivery of action plans for required adaptations
Organize and facilitate mentoring program for designated region
Prior experience in Human Resources – advantageous to have experience in one or more of; recruitment, learning & development, talent management, employee relations, HR business partner
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and resonate with colleagues.
Innovative and solutions-driven mindset
Meticulous attention to detail; robust organizational skills including strong scheduling and coordination competencies.
Solid reporting and analytical skills with the ability to articulate and analyze feedback.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment calmly and courteously; willing to adapt to changing situations.
