The HR Operations team interacts with employees at all levels and supports the full employee life-cycle at Akamai. This includes a multitude of programs internally and entails answering employee questions in a timely manner, accurately managing employee data, benefits and leave administration, scheduling interviews, and overseeing on-boarding and off-boarding.

As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Responding to inquiries concerning HR policies, programs or processes to ensure constant support for Akamai’s employees
Managing transactions related to benefits and leaves of absence to facilitate their usage while assuring compliance
Maintaining HR knowledge base on global portal to keep employees informed about policies and required notices
Auditing to ensure data integrity among various benefit systems and HR programs

To be successful in this role you will:
Show solid corporate experience in HR employee support and benefits administration
Demonstrate previous experiences in being exposed to employees and answering their questions
Be familiar with Microsoft tools including Excel and Word
Be a good team player that enjoys collaborating and solving problems with others, yet able to work autonomously
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
