Key responsibilities

4P category management for Business PS revenue and margin for HP’s own Direct-to-Customer (D2C) Online Store & Call center
Product strategy. Identify product & go-to-market opportunities. – SKU selection, Ranging ownership.
Pricing strategy- Analyse heat maps, PFV with other GTM & Competition for fast movers. Eclipse Bid management
Placement – Forecast inventory requirement and ensure on-time sales against the same by working closely with supply chain/category/distribution teams.
Promotion – Alliances, Affiliates and Financing tie-ups
Ensure best in class Online store, product discovery and buying experience for Notebooks, Desktops, Workstations, Accessories and Displays
Drive the SMB Customer RAD (Retain Acquire Develop) framework with call center.
Drive upsell, cross sell & attach though appropriate promotions
Champion Move to new sales models – Subscription, CTO and Refurb sales & DAAS
Closely collaborate with in-country category team to understand business priorities, chart out building blocks for growth and regular monitoring against the set business objectives. Drive business reporting cadence addressed to Senior Management team
Ensure right segment messaging from product positioning & customer need perspective. Work with marketing team to devise campaigns to meet set business objectives and jointly monitor and give inputs to optimize campaigns for success.
Ensure products are well merchandised and optimised for online conversion, by mapping customer journey and eliminating friction points, enhancing the online buying experience.
Continuously work on devising new revenue streams. Lead alliances with partners (including banking, wallets, affiliates) for enabling cross promotions and cashbacks.

Education & experience

Minimum 10 years work experience. MBA Preferred.
Business PS/ Workstation Category / Business management experience
Relationship sales experience, preferably leading Inside sales / direct sales teams
Strong track record of exceeding sales quota in a fast-paced environment

Entrepreneurial and go-getter. Ability to Prioritize and get things done.
Ability to think and operate at both strategic and tactical level. Good understanding of India ecommerce landscape
Understanding of web traffic funnel and levers to drive conversion rate optimization
Data-driven, highly analytical mindset. Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Tableu, Power BI dashboards, Excel and analytical tools
Category knowledge to differentiate own offerings and what competitors offer.
Solid analytical, communication, presentation, time management skills. Team player & good at influencing key stakeholders
Excellent collaboration skills to interface with stakeholders inside country and across the region teams, in a matrix environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, but ambiguous environment
