Job Description Genpact Careers Off Campus 2020 Freshers Hiring For Management Trainee HR in June 2020:

As a part of the HR Corporate Team of Genpact, you’ll be driving critical HR metrics for sub-portfolio in a vertical of ~20,000 employees spread across globe. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that’s why we’re looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about people and can work closely with leadership and help us to make better decisions about all aspects of HR strategy with the goal of enabling high performance culture.
Support the creation and execution of HR operations strategy in partnership with HR Business Partners, HR function and business stakeholders
Besides, service delivery, the responsibility will also be ensuring the processes are efficient, compliant and accessible
Drive the management, analysis, change management, communication and execution of projects that drive the strategic priorities forward.
Measure the effectiveness of services provided by shared services in order to meet the needs and achieve long-term customer satisfaction
Manage daily activities of the shared services team, ensure that services meet internal and external customer requirements by providing direction, guidance, support and problem resolution.
Partner with the technology team to develop robust insights (with interventions like automation, AI) that are timely, relevant and meaningful and which will help foster simplify experiences and enable scale and capacity.
Partner in the development and implementation of both new and/or modified HR programs
Advise key partners to understand and address business and shared services needs
Make data-driven improvements
Analyze key performance data to recommend and implement continuous process improvements
Serve as point of escalation to resolve complex issues

Minimum qualifications
Graduate (any stream)
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Meaningful experience in HR Domain

Preferred qualifications
MBA or Equivalent Degree in HR
Excellent interpersonal skills – listening and communication skills
Support attention to detail and high work standards in support of accurate, flawless, optimized support delivery
Demonstrate effective partner management while delivering on key business initiatives through applying effective change and transition management strategies
Experience in managing and delivering multiple projects and streams of work concurrently while applying excellent partner management and influencing skills
Proactive and solution-focused with the ability to influence
Experience in lean process, process improvement, implementation of enabling technologies will be an added advantage
