Activities to be performed
Employee communication through system/mail.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Processing the RFB Documents & IT Documents
Cross Checking & Reconciliation of Payroll Inputs
Process data/inputs by established deadlines
Manage and maintain comprehensive payroll records
Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Validation of RFB and Income Tax documents
Work related to Statutory compliance.
Preparation of Various reports
0 – 5 years
Bachelor of Commerce
Ability to understand the importance of filing and keeping a proper track
Ability to observe, identify and track exceptions
Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information/ documents
Team player, committed to providing and maintaining timeliness
Ability to communicate in a timely manner, good email writing skills, good communication skill.
