Job Description Ericsson Careers Networking Job Vacancies for Migration Engineer in October 2020:

This job role is will co-ordinate all data migration activities and will create and operate the migration tools as necessary and will be responsible for defining the data migration plan for each solution, working with legacy system and new system to design and create the mechanism to extract, cleanse, transform, enrich, load and validate all required data for the successful implementation and operation of the new solutions

You will
Data modelling and analysis techniques.
Design and develop data extract and load scripts.
Experience on Oracle Database (Purging, Import/Export, Indexing, Managing Table spaces, debugging Database issues) and PL/SQL queries.
Must have exposure in performing SIT, Execute UAT test cases and deploy Application patches.
To be successful in the role you must have
Experience on Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting, TCP/IP, Networking Protocol, HTTPS, SMPP
Prepared for extensive traveling, Able to support in customer time zones.
Solid Experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
Initiative and quick learner, Task Oriented and Self driven, excellent Team spirit
Experience on Mobile Money, Mobile Finance or M-Commerce Systems (Preferable).
Responsible to Integration with various third-party servers for example USSD, SMSC, Service Delivery Platform, Banks etc.
Provide support to the internal market and sales organizations as a specialist in the solutions portfolio.
Understand technical requirements as specified in the Solution document
Conduct Acceptance Tests with the customer.
Report progress of assigned activities to the Solution Architect and CPM
