In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the Job is to ensure that all the Current/Saving accounts are compliant to KYC / AML policies and ensure timely remedition / escalation of risk triggers. The position also contributes to clean audit ratings.

Key Accountabilities

Ensuring 100% complete documentation for Corporate Account Opening
Timely escalation of any variance and discrepancies observed during course of document checking
Ensuring the 100 % adherence to TAT for opening and static maintenance of CASA accounts

Job Duties & responsibilities

Poses good knowledge about RBI KYC guideline and documentation of Corporate and individual accounts opening
Should be well versed with CASA products
Should poses good knowledge of finacle system with regard to liabilities operations
Should poses good problem solving skill
Poses good knowledge of various defaulters database and their impact. e.g. RBI Caution list / Black list
Should have decent knowledge about deliverables handling like cheque books, cards etc
Should have good knowledge of profile maintenance in banking systems.
Investigate and perform root cause analysis for variances and long outstanding entries.
Guide and help Operations units and branches by resolving their queries pertain to processes and accounts.
Preparation and ensure accuracy and timely submission of regulatory report for entire Operations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous and timely delivery of customer requirements
Compliance and adherence of internal and external regulations

Required Experience

Graduates with 3+ years experience or post graduates with 1-2 years of post qualification experience.
Experience in various areas of operations.
Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
