Research Associate II- Data Science
You are responsible for
Design, train and deliver custom deep learning models and computer vision algorithms based on clinical requirements (example :anatomy segmentation in medical images, medical image classification,).
Implement, test and validate new algorithms for its use by other teams with good software engineering practices
Formulate learning algorithms with diverse data sets and to deploy in various settings (de-centralized, distributed)
Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning techniques by reviewing literature, attending conferences, etc
Publish research outcome in tier 1 journals and international conference

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
MS with 2 yrs+ in computer science/ECE with demonstrated research credentials in the fields of AI and medical image analysis.
Designing and implementing models and algorithms and conducting their validation
Knowledge of advanced medical image processing such as model or atlas based image segmentation, deformable image registration is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python and machine learning frameworks/libraries, tensorflow/pytorch/keras and medical image processing libraries such as ITK.
Good track record of publishing research outcome in top computer vision and medical image processing journals and conferences.
