Responsible for achieving assigned sales goals of equipment and consumables in assigned territories for Beckman solutions for microbiology labs.
Maintain positive business relationships with existing customers, Technically support the customer with their workflow requirements and suggest the right solution.
Develop a regional sales strategy utilizing a target prospect list/win Loss Analysis, Accurate Forecast activity and Achieve stated sales objectives on a quarterly/annual basis. Retain existing business >95% for Microscan business.
Engaging clients at senior most level and maintaining key stakeholder relationship throughout the organizations, Works effectively in a team environment and influences peers and others to deliver on customer requirements.
Generate, nurture and develop funnel and qualify prospects for Microbiology products.
Responsible for driving the Technical and Scientific knowledge in day to day activities working closely with Customers and commercial teams for providing complete customer care solutions. This position takes ownership in driving the customer and enhances the experience in using Microscan Instruments and assays reagents available on different Beckman platforms for microbiology labs.
Also responsible for all pre-sale and post-sale support & providing first level operating & application training to customers after instrument installation; giving prompt support to help the customers on instrument trouble shooting and maintenance.
Handles key account issues from all perspectives of sales, application and service support. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through management of relationships and sales support. Travel as required within the region.
