Responsible for the emission of statistical reports, determination of sales premiums and commissions, as well as preparation of reports and statements regarding sales efficiency.
Monitor and Report the Order intake, order backlog and pipeline status to the management on a weekly basis. Analyze and Flag off exceptions and outliers for immediate management intervention. Commission / incentive management of the sales teams such as target assignments, achievement determination and finalize the actual achievements for the payout.
Provide reports on growth pillars and individual’s performance.
