The role provides an opportunity to communicate with Credit Suisse employees from Switzerland and Germany of German speaking employees based elsewhere across the globe.
Part of the global support team for elearning trainings for employees.
It entails providing information, reports and system support for web based trainings.
Primary mode of communication is Email.
The language of communication is partially English.
Employee Helpdesk
Provide help-desk support via email, chat and phone for eLearnings with respect to: Training compliance, Training availability / Accessibility, Technical Issues, Escalate systems / workflow performance issues to respective support groups, Co-Ordination with different support groups for query resolution
Perform testing on all eLearning modules on: Testing Tool, Different Web Browsers, Mobile devices with different operating systems
Collaborate with to review requests trending and develop client service improvement projects (e.g. knowledge base content updates, training/education of end users, improved communications, etc.)

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum Graduation
German Language Certifications minimum C1 as you will liaise with German speaking employees

Flexible to working in a high volume and dynamic environment
Good to have skills:
Knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript
