Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products.
Able to answer questions about products or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Enter and update customer information in the records.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation. Keep records of calls and sales and note
useful information.
Create and maintain positive client relationships to build the business.
Talk/message / WhatsApp with customers, follow up for conversions
Maintaining good relationships after closures
Able to handle 250+ minutes daily call volumes, able to contact 100+ customers a day

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in any Specialization.
6 months – 2 years of experience.
Experience in implementing sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Have a flair for selling and building relationships with individuals and organizations.
Should be passionate about Sales.
Ability to work independently without supervision. Keen sense of using the internet and telephone as
a medium to connect with customers.
Patience and the ability to tactfully handle customer negotiations.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Good computer skills including Microsoft word, excel, CRM, Web Browser, Internet, etc.
