Assistant Manager – Endo Therapy
Responsible for product management and marketing activities in line with the strategic marketing plan for Endo Therapy
Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers, Conduct in-service (On the Job) training, and support sales force.
Co-ordinate and conduct product demonstrations and clinical applications to support the sales team achieve sales targets, Provide product and clinical application training after installation to customers
Maintain relevant customer information within the CRM system, Making accurate, comprehensive product offerings to customers
To discover the best resources to market products, attend industry conventions, CMEs, and events. To Contribute to related professional organizations.
Development of brochures, standee, booth designs, and other marketing collaterals for marketing communication for the strategic initiatives, campaigns, and activities
Gather information about key marketing activities done by competitors, about own products and competitors’ products
Internal sales training on key products and applications
Organize product demonstrations and workshops for clients and end-users on a regular basis and effective demo management including coordination with logistics and operations teams
Ensure customer satisfaction by interacting directly with customers to improve the product and understand the customers’ needs and products’ future direction
Education: Science Graduate (B.E/B. Tech (Biomedical/ Biotechnology ) or B. Sc/ B. Pharma) and MBA Marketing
Knowledge: Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization, Area, and market Knowledge
Technology: Microsoft Office skills are required
Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, time management, and relationship-building skills, excellent work ethics, Keeping a team motivated and engaged to work together towards organizational goals.
