Job Description Amazon Jobs Openings in Bangalore Hiring for HR Business Partner in September 2020:

· Understands key business goals, and business priorities, able to apply to core areas of Human Resources responsibilities in order to prioritize work and set goals
· Provides input into organizational design discussions (i.e. information about talent for succession planning, attrition risks)
· Implements communication plan for organizational changes
· Conducts diagnostics to identify trends & environmental ER or workplace issues, communicates findings
· Implements components of strategy and action plans that addresses workplace environment, employee engagement or retention issues
· Conducts investigations of employee relations issues in consultation with management
· Partners with Recruiting to coach managers around recruiting process
· Participates in interview loops and debriefs
· Engages with managers to ensure launch plans are created, participates in launch plans as needed
· Drives identification and management of forward looking promotions for Managers
· Manages exceptions for compensation related to individuals
· Identifies participants for programs, and manages internal communications related to training and development
· Partners with leaders on talent development
· Partners with managers on individual employee performance improvement plans
· Trains and/or consults with managers on employee lifecycle issues
· Rolls out new policy changes/services and ensures business adoption and/or understanding of changes

· 3-5 years’ experience of operating as an HR business partner with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
· Relevant degree in HR, Business or equivalent
· Excellent time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize
· High attention to detail and accuracy and demonstrated track record of working to tight deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal skills with fluent verbal and written English.
· An ability to work independently and to deal with ambiguity when necessary

· Demonstrated intense customer focus
· Ability to champion HR leadership and driving processes in the Department
· Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic.
· Sharp, analytical, and thoughtful. Analyses through problems to come up with solutions
· Ability to diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions
· Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business
