Job Description Amazon Jobs in Hyderabad Hiring for Digital Associate in April 2021:

The individual in this position will need to demonstrate customer obsession by identifying the employees who will need to go through the identification, perform all the necessary checks and support with all the details to create a positive customer experience.

-Conduct employee identity verification appointments by Chime (live video), and in person as needed.
-Identify issues with employee documentation, addressing minor issues on the spot; report incidents, non-standard documents, and loss of progress immediately for assistance
-Resolve employee SIMs after employee verification is completed; record the documents used on the tracker
– Identify issues with SIM and address minor issues on the spot; escalate SIM errors and any loss of progress immediately to the Manager
– Identify employees without a SIM and work on for SIM creation
– Identify SIM resolution issues and immediately report to the Manager
-Compile daily status report at the end of the day and submit to the Manager
-Run daily audits on resolved SIMs to ensure each verification completed employee has a resolved SIM
-Schedule Outlook meeting invites for the next day’s appointments by the end of the current day’s shift
-Conduct weekly identity documentation and recurrent program training.
-Resolve or provide an extension for employee-generated Support SIMs ; managing employee expectations while creating a positive customer experience
-Prepare email lists for employee/manager notifications and reminders
-Identify high-level, recurrent, and unusual issues in support SIMs and quickly report it to the program team for awareness and to receive further guidance



· Fluent in English
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on the job work experience
· MS Office experience and ability to independently use MS Excel formulas for reporting and ability to schedule meetings using Outlook and chime
· Able to track high volume activity with exceptional follow through and attention to detail
· Experience working with KPIs and SLAs
· Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
· Ability to work in changing environment
· Flexibility to work in a 24*7 shift

· 2+ years’ experience in a related field
· Knowledge of HR systems (PeopleSoft, OnBase)
· Customer service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (recruiters, multiple levels of HR business partners and vendors)
· Audit / Compliance experience
· Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary – sense of accountability and sound personal judgment
· Proven analytical capabilities, comfortable working with large amounts of data and in developing metrics and reporting
