Job Description Amazon Jobs in Bangalore Hiring For Customer Experience Associate in August 2020:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join our fast growing team.
You will be part of a team responsible for tele calling to reach out to customers who have newly signed on to the platform. As part of your role, you will need to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience, highlight certain pre-requisites, educating the customer on usage and associated limits and connecting the customer to the business development team should there be any queries. You will also track all calls & activities, enter call notes, and assign them out to the appropriate resource.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Reach out to all customers who have registered/signed-on via a tele – calling activity
· Deliver information on Sign Up pre-requisites, usage limits and best practices via phone
· Ensure all data is captured, tracked and queries, if any, are passed on the Business Development team
· Provide feedback and suggestions for program improvement on a weekly basis
· Ensure customer satisfaction.
· 1-2 years of technology related sales; marketing or business development experience.
· A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills.
· Fluent in English.
Candidate should be a Graduate.
MBA would be preferred.
