Key job responsibilities

• Leads and executes sourcing strategies, utilizes multiple channels, targets a combination of talent pools, and ensures diverse channel inclusion

• Build and/or passive candidates to ensure strong pipeline for niche positions

• Uses market insights and candidate conversion data in provisioning sourcing strategies
• Partners with others within the recruiting team or business to share best practices
• Utilizes industry and talent attraction research tools, alternative sourcing channels, niche job boards, diversity and inclusion networks, social media, conferences, online forums
• Drives prioritization with stakeholders to ensure the right resource effort is on the right roles

• Partners effectively on all facets of the hiring process, including, but not limited to, comp, HR, finance, central teams to provide guidance and insights to clients etc.
Possesses the ability to isolate, define, and resolve known or unknown highly complex problems and implements solutions efficiently and effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6+ years of progressive full-lifecycle recruiting experience with an international corporate and/or search firm environments. *Tech recruiting experience is a MUST Working knowledge of Social media recruiting and should be updated with current market trends. Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team Relentless client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management. Must have experience with building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
