Job Description Amazon Careers Hyderabad for Global Andon Support Manager in January 2021:

Seller Support is seeking an experienced Manager to join the Selling Partner Support team, to ensure our WW Associate Advisor teams are set up for success to deliver a best in class experience to Associates via the Andon Cord. The position will require a candidate who can lead and manage both performance and programs across multiple sites, to enable high performance, continuous improvement and lead in a way that maximizes quality and efficiency.
This role will involve regular engagement with regional stakeholders, being extremely customer focused and regularly seeking feedback for opportunities to improve performance as a team. This will include diving deep to understand performance and sharing regular insights with regional stakeholders, which will ultimately help to improve Associate and Selling Partner experience. It is essential that the individual in this role feels comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and will display creative and analytical problem solving skills, with an unrelenting passion for service excellence.

Responsibilities include:
· Ensuring performance management standards are met and that issues of underachievement or poor performance are appropriately addressed and in accordance with company guidelines.
· Hiring and developing the team, including maximum occupancy through engagement, attendance and day to day management.
· Preparing and leading performance review discussions with key stakeholders and peers to present and discuss the performance of the team.
· Managing the inspection and control of Andon Cord performance, managing a team of +130 Associate Advisors, 6 Supervisors and 2 Team Managers across multiple sites, whilst ensuring a high bar for quality standards
· Leading change initiatives within the function building an environment that embraces innovation and new ways of doing things
· Reducing Andon support dependency by diving deep to find defects from processes, service delivery or Associate skill, and building and communicating clear mechanisms to do so
· Recognizing and rewarding team members for delivering service excellence, encouraging role model skill expertise and behaviour
· Demonstrating an ability to put team priorities into a larger business context and make appropriate trade-offs caused by new or changed business goals and/or resource constraints.
· Communicating and seeking feedback on a regular basis.
· Diving deep and regularly auditing relevant data to improve our Associate and Selling Partner experience. Proactively seek process improvements and partner with key stakeholders to improve operational excellence.
· Building the functional expertise of the team through regular coaching/training sessions.

· The ability to hire, engage and coach a high performing team.
· Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in written form.
· Technically competent, advanced knowledge of Excel and Business intelligence Tools (Oracle, Tableau etc.) and understanding of contact routing tools (predictive Dialer, Advanced ACD Systems, IVR programs an ability to leverage technology to drive scale
· Strong presentation skills, and the ability to engage remote and dispersed teams.
· Ability to work to deadlines and coach to performance targets and manage others to perform.
· Ability to manage change in a positive manner.
· Need to be able to deep dive and root cause issues to conclusion
· The ability to hire, engage and coach a high performing team.
· At least 4 years People Management experience
