We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Billing Executive (Finance) Role. The Executive will extend accounting and administrative support to respective City Mangers. All invoices received from our vendors will be on your watch—ensuring that they are checked, verified and authenticated based on regulatory standards and as per client process. And part of your daily checklist will be to work closely with our Client’s Accounts Payable Team to guarantee the timely receipt of payments and processing of invoices within the cut-off. You’ll also receive crucial certificates, which you will hand over to our respective vendors. In all your tasks, you should aim to meet―and even go beyond―the team’s expectations.
This role is also a great opportunity to showcase your analytical skills as you’ll be tasked to generate reports. On top of this, you’ll also take care of data needed for making cost sheets, annual budgets and quarterly business reviews. You’ll also manage all monthly financial, outsourcing and management reports to be submitted to the facilities manager. Also part of your scope is to handle other reports required by the team. Customer Service is a key part of this role to ensure our business’ customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met.

Built the trust and be a Single point of contact for Finance aspects completely
Build and develop exceptional client / stakeholder relationships across multiple levels of the organisation
On-site key point of contact for Facilities and Customer Service in the client’s premises
Ensure to collate data from all stake holders and share Acruals to JLL finance / client every month within cut off.
Assess and forecast all expenses accurately and ensure to process the forecast expenses within the month
Ensure Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly / Annual Budget preparations in consult with client
To get inputs from various stake holders / functional leaders while preparing the budget
Ensure the prepared budget should accommodate all services for the respective period
Bills / Invoice Processing / Petty Cash
Follow up with respective stake holders/ functional leaders and received invoice within cut off
Ensure to process the invoices / claims within cut off
Ensure to check all parameters specified as per client while doing due diligence of invoices claims
Ensure Vendors are paid within cut off as per agreed timelines
Ensure reimbursement claims are paid back once received from the finance team
Ensure all expenses / claims are accounted appropriately as per the accounting codes shared by the client / JLL finance team
At any given point of time, should be able to be declare the available petty cash amount on transparency
Contracts / PO / Agreement to be aligned with
Ensure the expenses are aligned with contracts / PO’s Agreements without any deviation
Any deviation to be brought to client immediately for corrective measures.
Understand and be thorough with all financial / accounting clauses mentioned in all Contracts / PO’s / Agreements.
Presentations / Reports
Ensure to maintain, Accrual, Budget, Petty cash reports at all time and should be shared on request.
Should be able to give presentations on any financial / Accounting aspects at any given time
Keep a track on all expenses, invoices, claims and be more cautious while accounting.
Any Other Accounting Support
Support in adhoc claims and bills processing
Support in Renewals of service PO’s / agreements / Contracts etc.,
Support in any other financial / accounting nature activities as and when the client requests
Shall suggest / share inputs for any improvements / savings in an of the financial aspects for the betterment of the client or organization.
