Job Location : Trivandrum, Kerala,India

Job Overview:

Manage invoicing process for all sponsor projects including validation of invoice data, facilitation of project manager approval and timely submission to sponsors. Work with project analysts to provide analysis & support as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Process timely and accurate sponsor invoices in accordance with sponsor contracts -Time and Material, Pass Through Expense.
Process accurate and timely Intercompany invoicing.
Maintain complete and accurate invoice files and status tracking.
Facilitate project manager approval process
Provide support to project analysts and project managers regarding sponsor invoice questions as necessary.
Research Travel &Expense or sponsor contract issues as requested.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No supervisory responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce (Accounting/Finance)
2+ years’ experience preferably in MNC

Hands on experience on working in ERP Environment with emphasis on invoicing related modules.
Ability to provide timely reports
Computer literate with MS Office Package
Strong customer service skills and previous training experience
VAT experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Complete work within schedule and maintain accurate records
Ability to recognize areas that need improvement and take the initiative to seek
methods to achieve those improvements.
Must be able to adapt to changing priorities
Can be relied on to provide complete and accurate information; can be relied on to safeguard confidential information
