Role Description :Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology. Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended. Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand. Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the teams progress.

Job Requirements :
Key Responsibilities : Must be a Certified Scrum Master with 5 years experience as a Scrum Master experience -Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle and of several software development methodologies -Experience with processes and tools supporting Agile methodologies -Experience developing training materials -Experience leading organizational CM
Technical Experience : Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types -Facilitation skills in leading planning meetings, reviews, and retrospectives -Ability to understand technical issues -Facilitating Stand-up meetings -Experience developing and growing business with new and existing accounts in a deliberate and strategic manner
Professional Attributes : Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills -Ability to coach and mentor the team to reach their highest potential -Collaborative approach to decision-making -Strong analytical skills
Educational Qualification : Graduate
